PRESCHOOL/KINDERGARTEN ROUND UP– Thorntown Elementary and Granville Wells Schools will hold Preschool and Kindergarten Roundup on Friday, April 20^th at each school.  Sessions will be held at 8:30, 10:30 and 1:00.  Parents should bring an original copy of the child’s birth certificate and a copy of the child’s immunization record. To be eligible for kindergarten, students need to be 5 years of age by August 1, 2012.  Parents of all kindergarten-age students not currently enrolled in the Granville Wells or Thorntown Elementary preschool program should plan to attend.

To be eligible for preschool, students need to be 4 years of age by August 1, 2012.  Preschool will continue as a PAID full day program. The current cost is $180.00 per month but is subject to change. An additional textbook fee will be charged. The cost does not include lunch. A minimum of 20 students must sign up for the program to continue.  If more than 20 students sign up, a lottery will be held. Parents will be notified by June 15 of their child’s placement.
